We loved San Diego.  San Diego has such a laid back resort feel along its beaches and boardwalks and even amongst skyscrapers and the brick facades of its revamped downtown.  We hung out on the boardwalk, people watched and ate ridiculous amounts of salt and vinegar chicken wings!  We visited the Gaslamp District (if you ever visit San Diego you must eat at Sear Sucker…great service, food and atmosphere), the Old Town, Balboa Park and La Jolla.

Scott and I were so lucky to stay with my beautiful friend, Wendy and her family. Wendy is a very talented photographer who i met on my last trip to the USA. (Wendy please hurry up and get your blog up – you need to share your beautiful images with everyone!) Wendy’s home is right on the boardwalk…we woke up to ocean views, we watched dolphins swim by each day and we watch the sunsets with a glass of wine in hand.   Wendy, Kevin and Alexa…Thank you for the most amazing time and for welcoming us into your home at Tower 16 :) Alexa, thank you so much for letting us use your room you are so beautiful inside and out and we miss you all so much!  Alexa – Scott says you’re IT!

All images have been shot using Film…Canon 1V, Ektar 100.
